I was reading last months Cooking Light when an article mentioned a Chai and Pistachio Breakfast muffins. The flavors were surprising, and although they are quite different from any muffin I've had before- I really liked them. 1 3/4 cups flour. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 2 chai tea bags.
