I don’t recommend making it in a food processor; it’s too hard to control and you might end up with soup (tasty, but not what we’re going for). If you don’t have a Quick-Chef or something similar, just finely chop everything by hand. 1/2 a lime’s juice. Handfull of fresh cilantro. Potatoes and Microwaves and Wal-Mart.
