Gluten Free "Normal" food. Gluten Free Meal Ideas. Formerly Penny Pinching Provisions. Thursday, March 13, 2014. Strawberry Balsamic Pork Chops. This is a meal we had that was really good. It tasted like a fancy restaurant meal. 6- (4oz) boneless center cut pork chops. 2 cloves minced garlic. 1 Tbl olive oil. 2 cups sliced strawberries. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Rub in garlic and rosemary. Heat oil to med-high. Cook pork chops a couple minutes on each side or until done.
