Development and exploitation of a Pepper (. 655 Million Feature Affymetrix GeneChip for Massively Parallel Genotyping. Epper chip design is under the direction of Drs. Allen Van Deynze, Jim Prince. Based on their proposal A Whole Genome Approach to Characterize Genes in Pepper. It is supported by seven companies and the UC Discovery grant. The ESTs that were used for chip design were kindly provided by Dr. Doil Choi from Seoul National University (S. Korea). 33,886 Affymetrix designed antigenomic probes.

Example Perl scripts that use the GBrowse2 REST API

This director contains little Perl scripts that illustrate how to do stuff with the GBrowse2 REST API. Gbrowse get sessionid.pl. Print out a valid GBrowse session. A new session will be created the first time it is used. On subsequent invocations, it will reuse the existing session. The session cookie is stored in /.gbrowse session. Delete this file to force a new session. Gbrowse new sessionid.pl. Start a brand new GBrowse session and print out the session ID. A new session will be used every time.
