My biggest complaint about cauliflowers is their lack of color rather than their taste, and roasting it gives them a nice golden color and delicious flavor. I adapted this recipe. The purpose was to see friends for homecoming, help with the alumni and parents bike ride that I used to run, and finally take some pictures of the beautiful new england fall foliage.
