Thursday, February 17, 2011. The light at the end of the tunnel. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel, for many things.meeting baby Sydney and the fact that it is February means we are closer and closer to meeting our new little guy. Also, the warm weather is reminding us that Spring really will come sooner than later! We were able to meet our new cousin Sydney over the weekend. Mason and Clark were a little more interested in playing with the toys than checking out the baby :-).

Monday, April 25, 2011. The boys had an action packed Easter this year as we drove up to Peoria to see Grandpa Bill. We were able to see a lot of different people this trip and Clark even found 6 morel mushrooms at Grandpa's! Coloring eggs the night before our trip. Only a few eggs were cracked :-). Clark and Grant with Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Northrup. Thanks to my buddy Jeff, who is helicopter mechanic, Clark was able to sit in a real helicopter and earn his wings! Monday, January 31, 2011. We took Clark to McDonalds PlayGround Sunday just to get out of the house and let him run around a bit. He had a great time and we were amazed at what a climber our little boy is! Periodically, he would look out and say "Mommy, Daddy, Where are you? Of course, we thought it was the cutest thing in the whole world :-). Saturday, January 22, 2011. Pictures of our newest little man. Monday, March 14, 2011. Welcome Grant Malcolm Blasa! Baby Grant decided he was ready to make an appearance last Sunday night, so we headed to the hospital and he was born Monday morning, March 7, at 8:29 am. He weighed almost a whole pound more than Clark at 8 lb 3 oz, 21 inches long. Our first family picture.Clark is very excited to be a big brother! Nate, Grant and Dr. Covlin. Grant's little footprint on the maternity floor wall. And Papa Blasa (Grant is already hamming it up for the camera in this one!
