Luckily for me, my digital cable package is still offering me lots of stuff I haven't seen. Earlier this week I watched I Heart Huckabees. Quite coincidentally, two hilariously disturbing outtake videos just resurfaced this week on the internets ( here. You can see both of them) and the 2004 NYT article. Google. rinse. repeat. Wednesday, March 07, 2007. I was driving to work this morning, and when I passed the roadside newspaper salesman who I long ago dubbed Disabled Veteran Guy. I couldn't help but notice that he wasn't doing his usual things, which include selling papers and smoking, but instead he was doing something which seemed rather odd and inappropriate—zipping up his pants and buckling his belt. I think I'm glad I didn't come by about 30 seconds earlier, is all I can say. A bit more than usual.
