From sea to shining sea! Sunday, September 7, 2008. This has to be the rest week. I was very stressful-various last minute work to submit, had to recover from the trip, etc. On Thursday, there wasn't any improvement mentally. And physically. I had to call Justin to cancel the PT session. He was very kind, saying that he totally understood. Friday (9/5/08): I still did nothing but finally it was a big relieve that the work has been pretty much caught up. People were prohibited from swim in the water.
