It seems like I say the same thing about her every month, but it's still true - she is such a fun, happy go lucky baby! She makes us laugh constantly and we love her to pieces. Tuesday, April 21, 2009. Most people will probably not believe this, but Emmie has finally moved on (mostly! From her favorite show, Dora (thank goodness! And is now obssessed with Giada. Yes, you read that right - she loves to watch Giada's cooking show! What 3 year old does that? She absolutely loves to watch her cook, and it is hard to argue with her watching it, because she sits VERY intently and takes note of each and every step in the process, and it really seems like she is learning something!

Sunday, July 26, 2009. Hayden is 9 months old! Our little munchkin is getting big fast! We have seen alot of firsts in the last month - Hayden started crawling, got her first two teeth, began pulling up to standing, clapping and pointing! She has also added "uh-oh" to her vocabulary, except it mostly comes out as "uh! When she drops things on purpose to see our reaction. This little baby is so physically capable of everything, we are always amazed! We love her so much! Here are her stats at 9 months:.

Tuesday, July 7, 2009. The 4th of July. We went up to Melissa's family cabin on Camano Island for the 4th of July. We camped in our tent, had a 4th of July parade and played on the beach. It was a really fun weekend. Josie and Lola rode in the festive red, white, and blue trimmed wagon. Sally and Claire (Melissa's neice and family friend) are the 2 best babysitters in the world. They played with the little girls the entire weekend. Josie LOVED them! I wish they could live at our house. The 4th of July.

Monday, June 15, 2009. Lola calls her Auntie Brooke "Abba" so now Josie knows her as Abba too. Brooke and Corey got married in Hawaii a few weeks ago and had their reception in Anacortes this weekend. It was a beautiful spot on Fidalgo Bay and we had a great time! I took about 200 pics at the wedding so here are just a few. Brooke and her neices Sally, Reese and Lola. Auntie Miss and Abba. Abbey looked so pretty in her dress. Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Shane finally came home from Ecuador and Josie and Shane have had lots of fun catching up and playing toghether. We spent the night up at Jane's house last weekend. We went to the beach, had a fantastic dinner and built a big bonfire. Aunt Jane and Josie on a walk in the woods (jungle). Josie played in the sand by the river all afternoon. Shane and Josie got the campfire and the marshmallows started. Hillary brought her puppy, Benji. Josie loved the "teeny tiny doggie".
