Pre and Post Moving. In and out of the box random bits of my life. I've been terribly negligent in updating my blog. It's sad but what can I say, I've been busy and by the time things are settled here it's 11:00 pm. Well, there's only one thing to do at that hour; SLEEP. Wilbur is finally back from the mechanic and is better than ever. The child has decided that 5:30 AM is a good time to get up. The husband is grumpy, something about 5:30 AM wake up calls to play train. lol. Have a wonderful weekend!

So I've been playing along with Tammy's Art Journal and Tactics Series. Is about texture with a stencil and acrylic paint. I had carefully put down a layer acrylics and let them dry over night. I know some of you are summer people and some of you love spring, well, you are entitled to your opinion. ;) Myself, I'm an autumn person. I love the crisp, clear air, the cool temperatures, the colours, the smells, even the rain. It is the time of year when I feel most alive. When I first saw the Chickaniddy collection "Scrumptious. Pre and Post Moving. In and out of the box random bits of my life. As timely as always. lol. Do you make New Year's resolutions? I don't. I've found that after about mid-February I fall off whatever wagon I jumped on and life goes back to normal. I do, however, set goals for the year and one of those is a minimum of 52 blog posts. Today is a good day to start. ;). I don't think the shine shows up very well in the main picture. It's a bit more visible in the detail view but only if you know it's there.
