Monday, August 25, 2014. I don't want to grow up. I'm a toys-r-us kid" (On repeat! While, At that moment I felt old and a tiny bit depressed that I'm no longer a kid anymore. I had a blast with my niece and nephew! As I took them back to Jersey I was very sad to leave them. I hope they took a lot from our trip and they know how awesome and great I think they are. Thursday, February 19, 2015. The unthinkable has happened. I could go on and on about why cooking is unappealing for me. In fact I'm sure there's a laundry list of excuses I've created throughout the years. Here's a few. 1 Don't like touching meat (gross! 2 I kept telling myself "when I finally have a man in my life. that's the day I'll start.". 3 When the desire finally comes to me. (whenever that is. hopefully 20 more years from now.). Am I the only one? Prep time: 15 minutes. Cook time: 20-25 minutes.

Thursday, November 27. I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving, with lots of quality time around loved ones, and of course lots of food! Easy recipe / granola. Wednesday, November 26. I love granola, and it is so easy to make! Another added bonus, is that when you make it yourself, you know exactly what you are putting into it, and you can tweak it to how you prefer! I include a lot of nuts in my recipe, but if you don't like nuts you can use dried fruit or try something different! 2 tsp ground cinnamon.
