One day a week I'll cook 4 or 5 meals and freeze them in our chest freezer for later use. After a month of doing this, I accumulate approximately 20 meals I can pull from! Write on, Dear Self. When I was growing up, I made a vow to myself to keep writing on anything. On how I felt, on my day, my friends, my family – anything I can possible think of (just so that it becomes a habit). I did as promised but it only lasted a year and that was when my father kept encouraging me to continue writing. He would challenge me to write about current issues and other matters pertaining to Brunei and the world. Now, I’ve grown a little and I am making that vow to write again.
