As part of the refurbishment works to the Church walls the ground immediately adjacent to the North West wall has to be reduced in level. There are a number of plots in this area where ashes have been interred, a faculty has been applied for the relocation of ten of these plots to a nearby area adjacent to the North Wall of the tower. The Parish Council has taken over the management of the outdoor play area at St Piran's Hall and has installed some new equipment and refurbished the older equipment. The area is also fenced in now.
