Maternity ward in Ogden Utah. On 16 January 1957. My given name was Joseph Robert Martin. Having been named after two Uncles - Joseph [Joe] Spratlin and Robert [Bob] Hulteen) - but most people came to know me as "J.R.". My Father, an Air Force Mechanic stationed at Hill AFB, was Francis Wayne Martin. My mother was Barbara Miller.
