Picture taken after we came back down. It was a steep climb up as you can see in the next group of pictures. PERU TRIP MAY 2010. Only one road in and out to this village, from Ollantaytambo. It took about 45 minutes in the back of a small pick up truck on a dirt road to get there. 4000 M above sea level. Over two hours each way on foot to Ollantaytambo. This man is involved with the organization that Hayden was working for, he hitched a ride with us the last 10 minutes. Say hello to my little friend. Wednesday, August 30, 2006. Not a lot of time today but wanted to upload a picture of our Monday trip. This place is totally cool. These dudes totally cut up the mountain to be able to grow crops.
