Anderson Adventures: I just can't Let It Go anymore
http://teamevrah.blogspot.com/2014/03/i-just-cant-let-it-go-anymore.html
I just can't Let It Go anymore. I consider myself a fairly intelligent person. I mean, sure, I let my fourth graders say 14-9 = 3 the other day and didn't realize I was wrong until that afternoon when another student looked at me incredulously and counted it out on his fingers for me. But other than that, I consider myself fairly intelligent. So when I started seeing arguments fill my newsfeed about the hidden agendas of Frozen. One of the many arguments found here. How had I missed it? This song is Elsa...

Anderson Adventures: November 2012
http://teamevrah.blogspot.com/2012_11_01_archive.html
For Thanksgiving this year, everyone traveled to us! I don't know why we decided to do that, we have a two bedroom apartment, but it all worked out wonderfully and we had a great time! Since I am already 3 months late. let me do a picture walk with you. Thursday was Thanksgiving and it was delicious! Friday we went to Petit Jean. And hiked down to the waterfall. It was brisk, but a great hike. Then we walked around to get behind the waterfall. That's what the spray is there on the right. It's sideways an...

Closed Captioned: December 2013

Satirical truth from a less than reputable source. Monday, December 30, 2013. Christmas is for . . . Kids from one to ninety-two.". The nice ones.". We spent an hour in each area of the prison, including maximum security and the women's prison. At first I was a bit uneasy. I mean, what. Had these people done? And what were they capable of doing to me? There was a loud clamor as the steel bars banged to a close behind us and we walked to the front of the room and stood in front of the convicts. And heaven...

Jensen Adventures: December 2013
http://tonyajensen.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Our Little Family That Is Growing By The Second! Saturday, December 7, 2013. In November we were hit with croup, that my 3 youngest got one after the next, so for a good part of the month someone was sick. No Emergency Room visits or puking though so it definitely could have been worse. Poor Ivy woke up on her Birthday sick though so that was a sad day. We started the month off with Nora losing a tooth and her basketball season starting up. Nora and her friend Averie are on the same team. These two conti...

Closed Captioned: May Day May Day
http://biggerthanshamu.blogspot.com/2015/05/may-day-may-day.html
Satirical truth from a less than reputable source. Saturday, May 2, 2015. May Day May Day. Every year on May 1st when I was growing up, my sisters and I would gather lilacs, tulips, and daffodils from the flower beds and bundle them together with ribbon. Then we would pick some neighbors on whose doorstep to leave one of our homemade bouquets. Those May Day bouquets are a thing. Deeply rooted in a centuries old Pagan celebration. Of course, for us it just meant spring was finally. Traditionally, the flow...

Anderson Adventures: And the dreams start
http://teamevrah.blogspot.com/2014/06/and-dreams-start.html
And the dreams start. I don't usually remember my dreams, but recently they have become more frequent. We never ended up going on the hike, and instead met my brother's back at the house. I don't know how we got there. While there, I tried to figure out how I was going to set up the nursery. I guess I was living with my mom again. I figured out eventually there just wasn't enough room and decided to ask my dad to use his house. One room for Evan and I, and one for the baby. It could work. 2012 helped us ...

Jensen Adventures: February 2014
http://tonyajensen.blogspot.com/2014/03/february-2014.html
Our Little Family That Is Growing By The Second! Saturday, March 1, 2014. Ivy took over a 1000 pictures with my phone and I kept a few that were not of the TV and in focus. I made heart shaped pancake and did Nora's hair cute for Valentines day. My puppy made it to 6 months. I practiced doing glitter toes on Ivy so I would be ready for Nora's Mani Pedi Birthday Party. My Seven year old. She only wanted 3 friends to come so they got spoiled. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.
