After one year of training and failing to train, my year goal finally arrived! Running the OT 50K. Off course I started running too fast too soon and got injured two times. Once I ran with a blister and overcompensated on the other side and last year in September after pacing a friend for 32 miles (mainly walking), I received an IT issue as a reward! I hardly felt it was there.
