Enfim eu deveria ter aparecido antes para terminar de contar sobre minha viagem aos Estados Unidos, mas já faz tanto tempo que agora fiquei com preguiça. Wednesday, 14 March 2012. NYC 2nd day March 7th. Woke up with songs I used to listen to. had breakfast at home took a bus on beside Central Park and went to the 5th Avenue. 1st stop was Plaza hotel, walked a few halls looking for Eloise painting, hear her story and about the book. After it Rockefeller Center and a nice visit to the Metropolitan Museum store which I need to come back and maybe buy a replica of a Egyptian ring that I fall in love. sigh. Getting tired but so much fun too! Tia Thata e mamãe.

A friend from SP is here this week so he came to say hi to my NY friend and we went directly to Coney Island. a long trip but it was warm and I told him why I wanted to see that place: Patti Smith loved to go there with Robert Mapplethorpe. Monday, 19 March 2012. Boston 10th day March 15th. Woke up at 5:30 and got in the bus to Boston at 7am. from chinatown after 4 hours we arrived in Boston which looked very nice at 1st sight. Went directly to the museums area and between 2 I chose Isabella Stweart onw. which is gorgeous an old palace she built full of art from the ground till the ceiling and a garden in the middle of the palace full of plants and arts. After it we got subway back to the city center and had walk and lunch near Newbury st.

Wednesday, 14 March 2012. NYC 4th day March 9th. Breakfast at home and 2nd big day of art started at MOMA and it was amazing see every corner of this museum and special exhibitions, saw LOTS of the masterpieces and of course Chagall made me cry. I felt the floor falling over me. After we went to Independent see some galleries and nice works were there, then a walk till Chelsea Hotel, listening to crazy stories of back in that time and neighborhood.
