Peter has participated in several national and international exhibits, both in group and individual shows, and has become a regular participant at Artemar Estoril, an international sculpture competition, with the aim of promoting the preservation of the oceans. Peter’s passion is driftwood. Bleached and hardened by the sun and sea, its contours have been smoothed by wave action, and can be found in a wide variety of tones, shapes and sizes. These forms inspire a range of designs and creations, with Nature often as their theme. Other materials washed up on the beach such as bouys, rope, bits of surfboard and discarded plastic also provide inspiring ingredients for his work.

As an Anglo Dane born in Lisbon, Portugal, Peter studied in the UK where he gained his BA Honours in Graphic Design at Norwich School of Art and Masters in International Journalism at City University. He has exhibited in the UK, Denmark and Portugal.
