http://themillbrooker.blogspot.com/2014/02/a-new-place-to-read-millbrooker-drivel.html
A miscellany of heaven-only-knows-what along with opinionated nonsense from the largest village in Cornwall. Plenty of silliness, very little of merit and the occasional tirade. Monday, February 24, 2014. A New Place to Read Millbrooker Drivel. In the unlikely event that anyone is still checking in to these pages, here's a tiny spot of news. This blog is pretty wel done, dusted and retired; I've run out of steam in this format. Please visit www.millbrookrusty.blogspot.com. Monday, February 24, 2014.

The Armistice Pals

Peggy Seeger talks about Armistice Pals. The name chosen for the project is intended to reflect both the agreement at the end of the First World War and the ‘Pals Battalions’, which were made up from communities around Britain where groups of friends and acquaintances from the same town enlisted together, fought together and all too often died together, leaving whole towns and villages shorn of a large proportion of their young men. A miscellany of heaven-only-knows-what along with opinionated nonsense from the largest village in Cornwall. Plenty of silliness, very little of merit and the occasional tirade.
