During the documentary, they interviewed some of the townspeople that were being invaded by the hippies. I had the idea that I could interview our friends who are now old and could be substituted for the townspeople in the documentary. Sister Jude got the ball rolling by doing some of the interviews. I wrote a lot of silly dialog. Our friends didn't know why they were being interviewed but thankfully were very cooperative. Going Up the Country. Coming into Los Angeles. Invasion of Sullivan County.

Peter Woytuk on Broadway. This is a film I did of the Peter Woytuk on Broadway sculpture exhibit. The Sculptures (15 ) were placed along Broadway along a 5 mile stretch on the Upper West Side. The exhibit was sponsored by the Morrison Gallery in Connecticut. They played the video for clients during the exhibition run in the summer of 2012. I used Steve Reich music from his Music for 18 Musicians. The minimalism in the music seemed to match the walking tour.

We had a new home built in our backyard. This documents clearing the yard for the new house, and also tearing down the old house. Lots of fun scoring this one. Tearing down the house was scored with Enrico Morricone western music. Great sad piece of music that was used in 'Once Upon a time in the West' when Charles Bronson is having childhood flashbacks as he exacts his revenge on Henry Fonda. I used the song here in an equally sad fashion.

A bride, lost and confused, is searching for fulfillment. All paths lead her to a darker place with obstacles along the way. Is there light at the end of the tunnel? I used Led Zeppelin's Dazed and Confused. I spliced the music to eliminate the vocals but leaving in Robert Plant's moaning. It's a great musical piece containing lots of thematic elements.
