Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Talin and his preschool buddy, Izzie. December is such a busy time for me, on the work front. Add in the usual holiday work parties, fun neighborhood festivities, visits with family and friends, and heck, where do I find time for presents? But, Santa did indeed come visit this year! A spec...

Ranch Life: April 2014
http://fultmeyer.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 26, 2014. Change is a commin'. We have a 5 year old in the house. What that means is Kindergarten. The beginning of his school career. A whole new ball of wax for this household. I don't think the meaning of that really hit home till we signed up for T-Ball this year. Insert 3x/week commitments, insert "soccer Mom" (and Dad) status. Insert a very excited and overly competitive 5 year old that we, as parents, have to be able to support. Able to shape. Able to mold. This equals a problem.

Ranch Life: May 2014
http://fultmeyer.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 12, 2014. Oh boy oh boy. I'll spare much of the nitty gritty details but I finished my goal and survived to tell about it! The Tour of the Unknown Coast was Saturday May 10th and the weather gods were not exactly listening. 3 hours of rain to start off the day, crazy wind, freezing temps.plus the known hurdles, 100 miles and a ton of climbing. Three straight hours of rain, just two hours before this? Plenty of sunshine for the famed "Wall", as well as a stiff 25 mph headwind. Fun fun! I can't...

Ranch Life: The hazards of beer drinking....
http://fultmeyer.blogspot.com/2012/08/the-hazards-of-beer-drinking.html
Saturday, August 4, 2012. The hazards of beer drinking. He made his way up the trail with Forrest and luckily Matt was able to drive him the hour long drive it takes to get into town. During that time I luckily got in touch with the opthamologist on call Dr. Gibb who was waiting for him in the office. Anyone that knows Alex, especially during the summer, fishing season, etc, knows that sedentary activity and this guy do NOT go together. We tried to play it as an impromptu vacay, feet up, cold drinks,...
