Just another WordPress.com site. November 3, 2011. Wood mouse rustles leaves. Blood moon glisters in owl’s eyes. Talons grip on outstretched limbs. Lunar painted landscape waits. Wolves howl ancient songs. Sniffing trails of partridges. Water reddened by moon’s glow. Stream trickling through the forest. Night time casts its net of stars. Gambolling white hare and fawn. Rest at silvered river bank. Earth rich with decay. Light slumbers beneath wet sticks. Sleep falling away like dust. He spies a wan maid.
