We were singing '5 Monkeys swinging in the tree' - this is the alligator 'quiet as can be'. One of my 'two little monkeys'. Jenna is obsessed with Cailin's panties! And she has perpetual bed head. Saturday, February 9, 2013. I'll try to get a shot of my hair today if I think of it. Kind of a busy day. The toothpaste experience is good. We read that the ingredients in toothpaste actually inhibit your teeth's natural ability to regrow enamel and heal cavities. 9 out of 10 dentists recommend keeping your teeth in bad enough shape to fuel their lifestyle. Marketing, guys. Seriously, why do we give people we don't know so much control of what goes into our heads and shapes our thinking? Day 7 of no poo.

Saturday, February 2, 2013. I wore my hair curly yesterday, so that automatically means I'll need a shower after sleeping on it. I also worked out this morning, so a shower was extra necessary. Since I didn't want to do my mixes two days in a row, I just scrubbed my scalp. You know how when you get your hair wet and it feels like straw in the shower and it tangles together and you desperately feel like getting some conditioner in it? And here are the results! Trust me, time has passed.). Day 7 of no poo.

Sunday, March 27, 2011. Lessons she's still teaching me. So it is just sad to see the whole picture, both sides to the story, and have the information to correct where things went off track, and know there's truly nothing I can do. The second part of the lesson, and how I've caused the most hurt, is by not realizing people aren't walking my mile in my shoes with me. So if I'm facing a hardship, I don't think of how my dealing with it is affecting them. I think this is a good example that is okay to share:.

Friday, February 1, 2013. I'm not sure my hair is fully dry. It's not as beautiful as Day 1, but it's supposed to be icky for two weeks. Here are the results. They still aren't that. Also, daytime versus nighttime in my house really affects my wall colors! Haha And don't be judging that unpainted edge. lol It is not a priority right now, and if you knew what was, you'd agree. Saturday, April 9, 2011. Next up, the giraffe exhibit! This was fun, and just a bit stressful! We climbed up onto the tower to feed the giraffes. The giraffes were walled in about three feet from the tower, and the wall was so tall, a giraffe could barely reach his head over. So you have to lean over the railing to reach the giraffes. Well, we wanted the girls to feed them, and their reach is much shorter than ours. Trying to get the full zoo experience, of course we had to take the girls on the train!

Monday, September 26, 2011. So, in June we started experiencing some plumbing issues. overflowing, backing up into the tubs, and just an overall grossness of troubles. This was also at the height of my morning sickness which, most of you know, involves lots and lots of puking, and an overall uselessness.
