Petite cuisine de Elise(Elise's Little Kitchen). 近來又到工作最忙碌的日子,放工回家已經很累,但又不想在外面吃,想起家中還有急凍的三文魚,又有上次搓好用剩的酥皮,做了栗子酥皮焗煙熏奶油三文魚。 這個酥皮在搓的時候加入了栗子(參考了JAMIE在電視節目介紹的方法),再配上煙熏鹽調味,又快又易又美味~. Petite cuisine de Elise(Elise's Little Kitchen). 今次做的包包工序繁複,因為包內需要包入材料,但因為是咖哩的原因,所以做的時候很香,未焗已經很吸引。包內還需要加入洋蔥,所以老師也教了一些日本料理的切食物手勢和用刀方法。 由於自己有在家做包,在焗包的時候可以問老師一些做包的心得和秘訣,老師看完我在家做的包,和我分析了我遇到的問題,那我下次做包就可以改善了。 焗包前在牛油紙上鋪上PIZZA用的芝士,焗完後就會出現一層脆脆底,好好味。 老師說如果不用吞拿魚,可改用其他材料,例如牛肉、雞肉、蟹柳粟米,等我日後試試先。 Petite cuisine de Elise(Elise's Little Kitchen).
