January 10, 2017. It has been a rough couple of weeks – on all fronts. Emotionally speaking, I have a LOT of stress. It is okay, though, because I know the Lord is in control. I am choosing to draw near to Him in these tough times. It is not easy to walk this life sometimes, but I know He is sovereign and will bring me through to the other side. And the REAL HUMBLING part of the last few weeks…. Man, am I. I have been reevaluating my choices. Do I want to edit? Is it too difficult? Is my writing THAT bad?

Donderdag 12 april 2018. Vanavond vissoep gemaakt met verschillende groenten en noedels. 500 gram ongedopte doperwten. 300 gram kabeljauw (of andere vis). 2 eetlepels soja saus. Groenten en schoonmaken en klein snijden. Ui , sambal en gember in de olie bakken in een hapjespan, daarna de bleekselderij, doperwten (gedopt) en paprika erbij bakken. Vis in kleine stukjes snijden en even meebakken. Heet water erbij voegen met bouillonblokje en sojasaus. Alles aan de kook brengen en dan de noedels erdoor roeren.
