2009 is MY year! Thursday, August 20, 2009. Well after not losing weight for 3 weeks i worked SO HARD at the gym this week - went on monday - went on tuesday - went back tuesday night for yoga, went wednesda morning n avo then did the fight do class at night - went thursday, went friday and (today - friday) i got weighed and ive lost 3kgs! So 23kgs total now! I aiming for at least 2 kgs - want to lose 5 in the next 6 weeks to get to my first wee mini goal. 30kgs here i come! Thursday, August 6, 2009.

2009 is MY year! Thursday, August 6, 2009. 7kgs and 36cm lost in 8 weeks. Well had another training session today with Hannah - we did boxing which i love but kills me! We did my measurements for the first time in 8 weeks - so a total of 7kgs and 36cm has been lost by me in the past 8 weeks - granted it should have been better coz i had a few rough weeks of not much exercise and eating shit but i guess i should be happy with that. I need to lose 15kgs more by the end of the year so i better haul my fat b...

If she can get injured just being at his nanas house - whats going to happen if he takes her somewhere?
