Things about me change, others stay the same. I am happy with who I am, but some things need a "tune-up.". One thing I have learned through this 30 day challenge.I love my clothes, but certain ones bring attention to body parts/features that I would rather hide. Most of these parts/features I do not like can be fixed with exercise and healthy eating. My little sister, who is a huge inspiration to me is chronicling her weight lost here. 123- I buy new workout shoes. 119- I get a pedicure. We can do it!

Things about me change, others stay the same. I am happy with who I am, but some things need a "tune-up.". Day 1 of change. I got up and exercised! I walked for 30 minutes and did 10 minutes on the StairMaster. How do I feel.tired, but physically I am energized. I feel good that I did something healthy and something that makes me feel better. Breakfast this morning consisted of a protein bar, banana, and a cup of OJ! Lunch this afternoon lean cuisine meal, side salad, yogurt, and raspberry flavored water.

I destroyed my makeshift tri-pod and was too lazy to fix it. So a mirror shot it was. This was one of those outfits that I thought was cute on, but when I saw the pic I loved it! (now remember this was done in several transactions! 2- gallons of milk. 4- packages of Oreos. 2- cologate 360 toothbrush (only kind Chris will use and the were on sale). 12- 8 Packs candy- Kit Kats, Butterfingers, Snickers, Reeses. 2- cans of Oust. 1- bag of Sour Patch Kids. 1- Crest Pro Health toothpaste. 3- Garnier, shampoo and conditioner. 3 Afrin nose spray. I AM SO EXCITED!

Life doesn't have to be so complicated. Monday, May 04, 2009. Kloe and I were supposed to spend the weekend in Cincinnati but someone got sick and we didn't get the chance. Lucky for me though Sara is flying in tomorrow to spend 10 WHOLE days with ME and the kids. oh and Chris). But we had a good weekend as a family. I went garage sale shopping with our neighbor and Chris went fishing and I got the house to myself for a couple hours I was cleaning but I still had no one else her and that was EXCITING!

Today i'm me, and tomorrow i'll be an older me! Monday, January 15, 2007. I'm lovin this warm weather, this would be a perfect winter if only it wasn't so rainy all the time. Life doesn't have to be so complicated. Tuesday, March 17, 2009. Yesterday was a big day for my little girl. She got her tubes put in her ears and she ROLLED OVER (both ways)! She is my trooper! The surgery was nothing it took about ten minutes and she was back. You wouldn't have even know all day that she had surgery. And she has been working on rolling over for it feels like months but probably more like weeks and yesterday she did it. Here are some pics. And more getting ready! She's grown so much!
