Thanksgiving at my mother's house was fun, dramatic, tense, delicious, and fantastic. I called Becca and got her fabulous banana cream pie recipe. And took them to the feast. Shit you probably wouldn't want to know. Saturday, April 21, 2007. I'm enjoying my one day off this week. Doin. That's right, nothing. No laundry, no dishes, no cooking, no cleaning, nothing. It's sweet heaven. I went to Boise for a week last month to learn how to "listen". Really to learn how to help someone work through a traumatic situation, like some fatality in the Park. I had to do a lot of role playing, and lead discussions of fictitious. The clicker, that's me. Very humbling. I then went to Fruita.

Shit you probably wouldn't want to know. Monday, September 29, 2008. I went backpacking on Friday night with a bunch of young college kids. They kicked my ass on the trail. I was definitely the old lady of the group. The next morning I woke up and found that a mouse or a squirrel had chewed on the sucky tube on my camel pack that I had JUST purchased last week. Damn rodents. On the way back to the trailhead, we saw 6 bighorn sheep. That was awesome. It was a pretty good weekend. Monday, September 15, 2008.
