So i had this converter i thought would work with the power cord for the gp2x adapter. i'm guessing its a korean standard plug, which doesn't like my adapter i have for a hong kong device. i guess i've been schooled. There are some new features brought in this release, i'm not sure how this is going to effect plext/xspf or my other projects revolving around extending winamp. perhaps i can integrate into what they've added. So I've decided on QT for the gui, Josh and Travis both said it was better, and the source for some projects I may use users it, so that's that. I've also decided to use FOAF with the project to hold user data and relationships. The relations in the FOAF will be used in the recommendation engine, helping to relate musical tastes of your friends to yourself, create forum topics, etc.

I just bought a new copy of visual assist x. It's a visual studio ide extender worth using. used to use it over at exceed/toadnode and you just get used to it. i find the extended colorization (syntax highlighting) makes coding much easier, some of the intellisense options are neat, overall a good tool.
