The Life and Passions of a Christians and new parents. Sunday, September 20, 2009. I just want to say I am really thankful that I know Raya was in good hands with her dad. Phil does a great job with her and I did not worry about her at all, in fact I hardly thought about them while I was gone, except to find certain items for them. It may sound terrible to say that but hey, like I said before I need my "me" time. Ah, yes, I remember it well! I havent been in ages but I think Ill start back tonight!

A part of us is ready for classes to start, a part of us isn't. This is my last semester of actual classes and then I do my student teaching Jan-April. Sunday, March 11, 2007. It's been a while. Wow I've done a pretty bad job at updating this :P It's been kind of a hectic semester with classes, church stuff, and my family living with us. Don't get me wrong- those are all good things we've been busy with, but this blog has been pushed on the back burner. I want to update it more though. I have more pics I want to share too :). Time for registering for fall semester classes is near. I can't believe I'll be a junior- that's halfway to graduation!

Friday, December 29, 2006. For Christmas this year, my parents, brother and sister (and their pets) came on Saturday night and stayed until Tuesday. We pretty much just relaxed and hung out. Oh, and we went to the Festival of Lights. This was Matt and I's first year seeing it- we was very impressed! Anyways, it was a lot of fun having them here and thought I would post some pics. It's hard to beleive 2006 is nearly over, but we are very excited to see what God has in store for 2007 :). Links to this post.

The Life and Passions of a Christians and new parents. Monday, December 28, 2009. Mom bought Raya a Camo sleeper to match Daddy's. Links to this post. Raya is 4 months old on Dec 26th. I cried when I realized she was already 4 months and had her first Christmas! Phil told me that she is supposed to grow, lol. I guess he is right. We really enjoyed being with our family.
