Tuesday, September 13, 2011. A Spotlight on Wesley. Oliver asleep, he was completely out with the light on. Wesley sitting on Oliver's bed with the bottle of "no nail bite" nail polish in one hand and the brush in the other (this awful tasting stuff is what we have been putting on Oliver's finger to keep him from sucking on it). Sunday, July 1, 2012. We just got back yesterday from our third annual San Diego trip. We had an absolute blast playing at the beach, going to the park, eating good food, riding rides, playing with family, and going to the Zoo. They really enjoyed the petting Zoo. Even Crosby got in on the action, although every animal including these goats he called ,"dog" another word he has got down. Marsha took some more photos which I will add:) Thanks Bill and Marsha for making this week possible. WE LOVED IT!

Sunday, August 28, 2011. He made his very own placemat while we were there. He wrote his name all by himself without any help from me whatsoever. Here is our handsome devil right before his first day. Overall, I think it was a successful first day. There were no tears and when we asked him if he made any friends he told us, "Yeah, I played spiderman with the kid with the spiky hair." Saturday, July 16, 2011. My cousins were in town with my Nona for a week at the beginning of July and Oliver was in heaven. Not only did they play with him and let him boss them around but they brought some pretty sweet costumes from their collection with them. Thursday, December 29, 2011. This year we added a stocking to our collection. I had to snap a pic of this one! We started our "Elf on the Shelf" tradition last year. This year was fun because Oliver really understood it and every morning he would wake up and search for the Elf and there was a great excitement when he found him! Our advent Calendar. Saturday, April 21, 2012. I am getting some "pressure" we will call it from my Northern relatives for some pictures of the new house. So here they are. Michael and Christy met at Scottsdale Christian Academy in the 7th. Although they met when there were 12, it would take them the next five years to actually speak to one another. Wednesday, May 18, 2011. Wednesday, May 11, 2011. I volunteered last week for an event at Oliver's pre-school called, "P.E. Olympics." When I walked into his classroom one of his teachers said to me, "You're brave for volunteering. When I saw your name on the list, I thought, wow! I hope she knows what she is getting herself into." (while she says this she looks at my large belly.) I think to myself, well it can't be that difficult. Isn't is just some kids playing games? The obstacle course was a big hit.

Sunday, January 29, 2012. They didn't do their typical Jedi Training Academy show because attendance was so low but the boys did get a special meet and greet with the gang. Oliver chatting up the female Jedi. This was taken the morning it rained. We braved it with our rain jackets and ponchos. It was still fun but I think the boys wondered what we were doing running around in the rain. Neither of them were a huge fan of being wet and cold and well, I can't really blame them.
