國內景氣復甦不如預期，呼籲中央銀行調降利率的呼聲愈來愈大。據了解，央行雖無意鬆動貼放利率等指標利率，但為維持較為寬鬆的資金環境，已著手引導國內市場利率全面下滑。 中央銀行昨天標售二年期定存單，得標利率百分之零點六一九，不僅低於市場預期，還創下歷史新低。銀行資金調度主管透露，主要是受到央行昨天引導隔夜拆款利率走低的影響。 央行調降委託銀行代收隔夜資金利率至百分之零點三八四，為三年來首見，效果類似於降息，引發金融市場議論。 對此，央行官員說，央行每天會視市場資金狀況進行操作，近期貨幣市場與長期債券利率都在下跌，原因為國內資金非常寬鬆。 該名官員表示，採取較寬鬆的資金環境，像是國外採取的量化寬鬆政策，有助刺激經濟成長。 12300;經濟基本面不好，人民幣沒什麼理由不貶值」，央行官員說，人民幣若持續貶值，並帶動日圓與韓元等亞洲貨幣跟進，「新台幣也會跟著貶」。特別的是，若美國確定九月升息，等於是為美元添上翅膀。 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 危樓、海砂屋，或建商倒了的「爛尾樓」有救了！ 危樓、海砂屋，或建商倒了的「爛尾樓」有救了！金管會將大舉鬆綁金控或銀行旗下資產管理公司（AMC）的業務，包括都更、價購畸零地提高不動產加值利用、改建危樓和海砂屋及介入處理爛尾樓4業務。 目前金控或銀行旗下共17家資產管理公司（AMC），依新規定，AMC能以淨值7倍做為墊付款項，協助改建危樓或海砂屋等不動產，估有近3000億元銀彈可以投入。 金管會銀行局長詹庭禎昨說，有鑑於銀行業資產品質提升、呆帳減少，且要求各銀行債權都得「自催」後，AMC業務大減，AMC也面臨轉型。 為拯救AMC，金管會昨宣布增加4大項業務。首先是要AMC「挺都更」，可就自有及集團內不動產，擔任都市更新實施者，但禁止挹注資金。 其次，為提高AMC持有不動產加值利用，為取得通道、建築線、鄰近畸零地或持分地，允許AMC可價購原土地1倍的面積，如持有20坪、可再買20坪，但價購後，最終仍以出售為原則。 詹庭禎說，AMC需至少每半年向母公司董事會，提財業務及經營狀況，且從明年起，須按季向金管會申報。 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom).
