And has given us another task that he perceives as low cost, but which is so lucrative I'm wondering if its legal. Whether you need a short course, one day refresher or long term support, we can tailor a package to suit you. In many cases a short, one day hit will improve results in the short term. It may be more effective to take advantage of our long term training support which involves regular telephone and one-to-one support. It's probably not as expensive as you think!

Try and put yourself in your customer's shoes. How easy is it for your customers to deal with you? What obstacles do you put in their way? When was the last time you asked your customers what they think of you? Ask them how you can improve. Have you asked your customers what other things they want or need?
