Monday, September 18, 2006. Yes, its that time again. This weekend was awesome, but very tiring. Chris and I were down in White Rock all weekend helping serve and prepare food at the Salmon Festival and Pow-Wow. If we weren't at home sleeping or showering, we were down in Semiahmoo busy working! Sunday, November 26, 2006. So he gets out his handy-dandy book and figures out its the clutch cable, calls around, finds one and takes my car to go to Lordco and pick it up. Yes, everything is moving in the right direction. He gets the cable in and it works fantastically! Way to go hubby on being all mechanical and stuff! Sunday, February 25, 2007. Like most people in the East Fraser Valley, we woke up to snow sprinkling the ground at 5:00 am on Friday morning. Chris went into work for a few hours and I got up and started packing and tidying the house. By 10 am, the sun was shining beautifully and it was time to pull out the sunglasses. At the moment, I am sitting up in my Mom's bunkie writing this post. The bunkie is her room over the garage, which I posted some pictures of back a few months ago. She did a great job!

Friday, December 29, 2006. Good times, good eats. Only a few more days of holidays before we return home to Abbotsford and to work. We have both had an awesome chance to relax and spend quality time with my parents. Yesterday was my Dad's 56th birthday, so we celebrated with a pizza dinner (his choice) and apple crumble with frozen yogurt as dessert. Wednesday, May 31, 2006. What a perfect start to the day. A sleep in until 8:30 am and a mix of running errands, relaxing around the house, and catching up on paperwork. I work this afternoon but its been nice to have a more relaxed morning. Chris came home on time last night! It was so cool to see him walk through the door much earlier than I had expected.
