After 30 years…. This entry was posted on August 30, 2012 by Dan. The other day I met a friend for lunch. We talked about all sorts of things. He shard a few stories about his minor league baseball career I hadn’t heard before. We talked about some home improvement projects I’m working on. And he told me about his recent vacation to celebrate his 30th wedding anniversary. I was surprised and impressed. 30 years is a long time. Celebrating their 30th anniversary is definitely something to applaud. Men lik...

Saturday Morning Routine: Operation PANCAKE. This entry was posted on October 30, 2010 by Dan. So I’m adjusting to our new pace of life in South Florida. Not only is it different than Kentucky because of the culture, it’s also REALLY different because Jonathan is growing up and creating new kinds of challenges – like being extra grumpy while teething. But it’s been a fun ride. We’re really feeling settled and very happy to be here. I’m also working on my table-side manner. Specifically, I’...My fami...

Cracking up with Family. This entry was posted on June 20, 2012 by Dan. My family is ridiculous. Not the embarrassing kind, though they can do that too. But they’re the hurt-in-your-side-because-you’re-laughing-so-hard kind of ridiculous. We recently got together because my sister. Who lives in Texas, came in to town. My mom takes every opportunity to take family pictures available, and for some reason we assumed this pose:. To make matters worse, my sister’s husband, Chris. Leave a Reply Cancel reply.

Can we still be friends? This entry was posted on December 22, 2010 by Dan. Google Apps, I love your cool styling and ease of use. You’re so cool and help me connect so well. Your Web 2.0 interface helps me communicate in context as messages are grouped into conversations and I can reply by chat right there in the same page. So, Google Apps, I have to make a compromise. Please understand that it’s not you, it’s the internet. The connection at the office isn’t that stable and I n...Enter your comment here.

Headlight Restoration Project | The Gossetts
https://dangossett.wordpress.com/2011/10/24/headlight-restoration-project
This entry was posted on October 24, 2011 by Dan. So I decided to do a headlight restoration project. The headlights on my 2004 Pontiac Vibe were looking a little cloudy. They didn’t impair much, but it made the whole care look a little dingy. So I went to Autozone and priced out a few options, then read over a few quick reviews on Amazon.com (thanks to the Amazon Barcode App) and made my purchase. It was quick and pretty easy. Now, my headlights look a lot better. Check it out. What did you use? Enter y...
