Turns out Thanksgiving was a rip roaring success. I had everything I wanted in smaller portions (yes even pumpkin pie! And still didn't even dip into my flex! It really is true that portion control is sooooo key. You CAN eat a lot more than you would think, you just have to be smarter about it. The Biggest Loser....

Just finished up workout #5 of the shred. Still some moves that feel challenging, others I am getting used to. My endurance has definitely improved, I am not panting nearly as bad as I was on day one but it is still a very intense sweaty workout. I am positive that I will move on to level 2 on day 11!
