Outlook for Wednesday: Nifty seems to be ready for a bounce towards 8872 and beyond. A close above 8900 would be singularly bullish. Nifty failed to bounce beyond the old resistance of 8840, and has finally come down to test 8628 - 8664 zone. The first confirmation of a reversal would be a close above 8745. The target of 9117 would be negated if Nifty closed below 8470. Joy (in my heart).

To summarise, Nifty is expected to touch 9037 odd levels before continuing down towards 8757 and lower levels. Nifty failed to bounce towards 90XX levels, and continued it's tail spin towards 85XX levels, thereby indicating weakness on the previous Monday itself, by breaking below 8757 in first few hours of trading. This week the expected range for Nifty is 8530 to 8850.
