Monday, January 07, 2013. Our little ladies are coming of age! They were born July 31st, so it's taken about five months for them to start laying. We've found eight eggs so far. We have ten hens total, but I'm not sure how many are laying since we were out of town over the weekend. We'll find out soon enough, though! I expect at least half a dozen eggs a day, ladies!
