I very recently started taking photos. I shoot on 120mm film with a Holga 120FN and digitally with a Sony Alpha Nex-6. This is a small subset of black and white photos I took in Fall 2014. They were shot on Ilford HP-5 Plus ISO 400 film with a Holga 120FN. I developed the film and then printed them onto 8"x10" glossy photo enlarging paper.

I love the challenge of capturing an experience, a person, a feeling as a singular still image. For me, cropping this moment out of its context creates a new experience conveying the content on a more personal level, allowing the viewer to insert it into their own context, or even to construct an entirely new and unique context around the image. I currently do most of my shooting with a Nikon D90.
