Inchindown fuel storage depot. Sunday 29th June 2014. A GSG visit to former Navy underground fuel oil tanks near Invergordon. Goon approaches the west portal. Inside the west tunnel. Entering the first storage cell. Heating pipes at the sump. Goon attempts the cavers exit. Exiting on the trolley. Goon and the Cromarty Firth.

Shiant Isles and South-East Lewis. Thursday 27th and Friday 28th November 2014. A brief weather window afforded me a short trip north from Skye. No pictures from the first day, as the sea was a bit too high for photography. But the weather improved and I reached as far north as Eilean Liubhaird near Lemreway. Galtachan, early morning. Eilean Garbh in morning light. Inside the natural arch. A look back at the Shiant Isles. Breaking waves, east coast of Parc. Tall clouds over North Uist. A cloud on Clisham.

Ben More Coigach

Saturday 2nd August 2014. A day out with Ian and Hannah to ascend Ben More from the southwest. We set off quite quickly, to escape the midges plaguing the coast! View from the ascent. Scrambling on the sandstone. Hannah and the view northwards. Hannah at the summit.
