Thursday, November 13, 2008. Friends, trust me! Walking also helped me spend time with my son more than usual. My son enjoyed doing these activities with me. Though he is not a fan of walking, he accompanied me with his bike at times, or played basket ball while I walked in a park or at the YMCA. The feeling of looking forward to doing something with the family is great. My favourite slogan of the day is 'Hey you got challenges? Throw some at me.'. More stories and lessons learned to come.
