Cool tutorial for the Edge Collection actions. This tutorial will show you how you can make the borders that you make with the Edge Collection actions very colorful and fancy. This tutorial has only been tested with Photoshop 7.0. Open the image that you want to make an edge on and press 'Ctrl' '-' to make sure that no palettes are overlapping the image. Use the eyedropper tool to select the color that you want the border to be. Notice that the foreground color and border color is the same.
