I know it was an inconvenience to many with having to park your cars up the street, having to walk to your cars, etc., but we got through it and the roads look great! As you have likely noticed, Verizon has been back at work in our neighborhood, digging up roads and people's yards to install new lines. There have been several complaints from the Homeowner's in our Association on the work that is being done. . Prune Hill Park Homeowners Association. Monday, August 17, 2009. Sealcoat Project to begin on August 26th. Coast Paving will be starting the sealcoating project on August 26, 2009. Please see the attached map to see when your street is scheduled for work. Details will follow and notices will be hung on homes but the following are a few items to start considering now, especially if you plan on being out of town during the project. 3) Streets can't be driven on for 24 hours after sealcoating.

Prune Hill Park Homeowners Association. Tuesday, June 23, 2009. It's been almost four years since we've had the private roads in the Association sealcoated. Sealcoating extends the life of the existing asphalt, prolonging the need to resurface the roads, which we will eventually be required to do.
