Not much longer and I'll have another little peanut. Its hard for me to really even THINK about or fathom. Honestly, the idea of having 5 children still scares me to death. And with this being the hardest pregnancy mentally and physically, yikes.But I know I can do it, I have amazing support around here! Simple, Healthy, Tasty.

This little peanut is 2 months old, I can hardly believe it. She fits right in, and we all adore her so. She got blessed by her daddy recently. We spend alot of time on the couch. And in our pj's. We have also spent alot of time in the garden. But mostly, we just love lovin on this little girl. She looks just like your others!

Spring flowers are coming to life, Abby planted these sunflowers. We have enjoyed watching them transform, little by little, step by step. I love watching them come to life.the colors it brings. My dad was in a play called "Into the Woods" recently. I took the girls to see it and we loved it!

Where did the time go? Hatch Family of Five. Time marches on and as Dolly Parton says in Steel Magnolias, Pretty soon it will be marching across our face! Such a little cutie. Getting so big! Good times hiking with my girls! Can you see Charlie? She's back there, I promise! Nathan and Walker went to Fathers and Sons, us girls hit the trail! Oh and we invited Gpa Jan along with us. Cal: 195, Fat 2g, Carb: 24, Fiber: 4g, Sugar: 8g, Protein: 20g. I LOVE this dish! I sized it down a little and used: 1/2 onion, 1 small yam, 1 bunch kale, 1 chicken breast and 1/2c chicken broth) Spiced w/ ginger and cumin. It made (2) 1.5C servings. Shown: 1 serving (1 1/2c). Cal: 197, Fat: 3g, Carb: 28, Fiber: 5g, Sugar: 4g, Protein: 17g.
