The stress is a very common disease in these times. Surveys show that about 30% of the Chilean population has a high degree of stress and can affect men and women. The stress is mainly due to lifestyle of Chileans today. Everything is done quickly, anxiously. The educational level and socioeconomic are factors that influencing also in terms of mental health. MY OPINION ABOUT THE BLOGS. From my point of view, the blogs activities were very useful for me because is a good resort to develop the English language and to familiarize with the idiom.
