You know, when Halloween falls on a Sunday we are so lucky because the kids get invitations for the entire weekend that we get to drive them to :) They DO have a good time, but seriously.one carnival, two halloween parties, a haunted garage and our own neighborhood trick or treating. I think someone (me) needs to learn how to say no. The haunted garage WAS awesome. Once was enough for Carson (aka Anakin Skywalker). The giant spiders were much more his style. Aug 22, 2010. Beauty and the Beast .& the Gypsies. Charlotte and Kasey were in Prarie Fire Theatre's production of Beauty and the Beast on Saturday. It was a week long theatre camp at St. Scholastica. They both were cast as 'Gypsies' and Kasey landed a larger speaking role than Charlotte. Sep 27, 2009. We spent 3 days in late August at Camp Miller on Sturgeon Lake. It is a YMCA run family camp and we went with our friends the Millers. The kids had a ball swimming, kayaking, learning archery, riding horses, climbing the 'tower', doing craft projects and playing games in the big field. The camp counsilors organized EVERYTHING and the best part was I didn't have to cook any meals :). Kasey going for a trail ride. Charlotte going for the bullseye. Paul and Carson on "Socket" the one eyed horse.

Monday, August 15, 2011. A couple of weeks ago Joe completely surprised me with a trip to Breckenridge, CO. He had everything arranged.travel, kids, lodging. He even called my boss to make sure I could get the time off. He employed the help of my friend Amy, and managed to keep it all top secret. I was so impressed. I love surprises! Gondola trip to Peak 8. Top of Peak 8 before the hike down. Midway up hike to Mohawk Lake. Hiking with a torn meniscus. What a die hard.. 65279; Like now. Right now!
