The sweet life of Victoria, Jeff, Maddox and Lily living in Pearland, TX. Friday, November 16, 2012. So this week I've not made it to the grocery. Maddox has been sick and grouchy, we've been busy and I've just not felt like it. So I've been "Pantry Cooking"! I've just been trying to come up with things to make from what we already have in the pantry and freezer. I think I hit this one out of the park though, Jeff must have told me 10 times how much he liked these. 1 cup brown rice. 4 TBS peach salsa.

For Jeff, coming from a small family I know that my big family holiday gatherings were a little overwhelming for him at first, but I think after 7 years he's finally getting used to them :-). For the first time in the 6 years that I've lived in Texas we finally had a good snow while I was home! It was so beautiful! And of course there were more presents!

Tuesday, May 28, 2013. A blog post from me. crazy I know! I have been so blessed to have had so many referrals and business since officially launching in January and I cannot complain. Sunday, December 28, 2014. Christmas seemed to come really fast this year, so much going on around us. I didn't get to take Luke to get Christmas pictures and when we went to see Santa he was sick so those didn't turn out so great. So when he started feeling better I took these in the back yard at least I got some cute faces! He already misses Jingles (our Elf) but he is glad he is on "vacation". I didnt get any pictures of Jingles this year, next year I will have to try a little harder.
