Everything Sweet and Sour. April 3, 2015. Here Comes the Sun! I can't convey how thankful I am to see summer on the way. Although my allergies have not let up since those first buds started to appear on our trees, I am itching (pun completely intended) with the need to be out in the sun and swimming in the pool again. I got a call at work the other day from someone who had run across the Pickle of the Month blog (of course she thought it was a great idea), and told me about FROZEN PICKLE POPS.
