I was reading back issues of Dr. Fuhrman's. 4 medium turnip roots or 1 large rutabaga, scrubbed, peeled. 1/2 cup unsweetened organic soy milk, room temperature. I prefer to do a cleanse under the direction of my naturopathic doctor, but I realize there are others who are quite comfortable doing one on their own. It was fairly quick (especially when I used bottled tomato sauce instead of making enchilada sauce! I know….I’m such a rebel🙂. The family verdict: My son loves it.
